1. Who we are rangerigau.com is run by Mekdim Tesfaye trading as RangeRig ("we", "us"), Queensland, Australia (contact details in section 13). These terms apply when you browse or buy from our store. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Products RangeRig sells Starlink Mini accessories. Our roof mounts are designed and 3D-printed in ASA by RangeRig. Some accessories (for example cables or cases) may be sourced from trusted third-party suppliers and sent to you directly by them. Whoever dispatches your item, you buy from RangeRig, and we're responsible to you for it under the ACL. 3D printing leaves small layer lines and minor cosmetic variation. That's normal and isn't a fault. Starlink is a trademark of SpaceX. RangeRig isn't affiliated with or endorsed by SpaceX or Starlink.

3. Fitment and installation: please read Our mounts are designed for the Starlink Mini and for roof racks with standard T-slot channels. Because vehicles and racks vary, you're responsible for:

  • checking that the mount suits your dish, rack and vehicle before you install it (email us before you buy if you're unsure)

  • installing it securely, following our instructions, and tightening all fasteners correctly

  • checking the mount, fasteners and dish are secure before every trip, and regularly on rough or corrugated roads

  • staying within your vehicle's and roof rack's height and load limits, and allowing for the extra height in car parks, garages, drive-throughs and car washes

  • removing the dish when it's not in use or before automatic car washes

  • following road rules about securing loads and anything attached to your vehicle

We're not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible racks, modifications, overloading, or failure to check the mount is secure. This doesn't affect your ACL rights if the product itself is faulty.

4. Pricing and payment All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We're not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already paid for. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout.

5. Pricing and listing errors We work hard to get prices and descriptions right. If we make an obvious error (e.g. a price that's clearly wrong), we may cancel the order and give you a full refund, or contact you to ask if you'd like to go ahead at the correct price. We'll let you know as soon as we spot it.

6. Orders and stock We only deliver within Australia. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock, if we can't deliver to the address, or if we suspect fraud.

8. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using our products or website, beyond what we must provide under the ACL. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the ACL or any other law that can't be excluded. If a product fails, your remedies are those set out in the ACL (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

9. Intellectual property Our product designs, photos, videos, text and branding belong to RangeRig (or are used with permission). Please don't copy, reproduce, 3D print or sell our designs or content without written permission.

10. Privacy We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Queensland.
